When I was a little girl, I discovered I loved to sing. Music, dancing and writing were my earliest forms of self care. But then, I absorbed the limiting belief that art and creativity were not a responsible way to spend my time.

My message in Sing Your HeART Out is one of hope, self love and resilience. Believing in yourself even when you others won’t. Listening to your heart , and being your own guiding light.

Art is not just a luxury, it’s a vital piece of how we sustain wellness and how we connect with our communities.

Join us for an evening of Music, poetry, spoken word, art-sharing.
