On Friday, November 20, we’re returning to The Neighbors Studio in Jersey City for an evening of poetry, spoken word, faith-filled storytelling, laughs, and community. Come share your talent, support local artists, reconnect with familiar faces, or meet someone new. There’s always room for more good vibes at the mic!
We’re wrapping up 2026 with FOUR incredible featured artists!
Ms. Jenn (@queenjenn25) - A Jersey City poet whose work explores identity, motherhood, disability, grief, and healing.
Noel A. Figueroa, The Anointed Pen (@theanointedpen) - A Brooklyn-based poet, author, and workshop facilitator whose work is rooted in faith and inspiration.
Tiana Marie, Ed.M. (@tianamariecreates) - A writer and spoken word artist whose work celebrates Black womanhood, love, joy, faith, and healing.
Kellz “Jokenword” Barksdale (@jokenword) - A New Jersey comedian and spoken word poet bringing his signature blend of punchlines and poetry to the mic.
