A few moons ago, @meagg.e.moon_art stepped into a space in Asbury Park where I was reading poems, among them her soon to be favorite, Things I've Heard While Growing Up Italian. What happened next is she took over that space and made it a magical world for artists and musicians in Asbury Park to convene, create and showcase their art. I am so proud of her and blessed that all these years later I am hosting Inaccurate Histories' (home to the aforementioned poem) birthday show there!

My book baby turns 1!

February 1st from 2 to 4pm please join us at @over_the_moon_art_studios alongside my good friend @justinasworldofficial as we sing and recite poems!

There will be an open mic, snacks and refreshments ( because what kind of Italian would I be if I didn't feed you?)
