For everyone who has ever asked me, **“How did you do it?”** — this workshop is for you.
If you’ve ever felt that tug in your spirit… that *story* inside you that refuses to sit quietly… if you’ve ever dreamed of turning your poetry into a full production but didn’t know where to start — I built this session with you in mind.
**From Poet to Playwright: Crafting Your First One-Person Show**
November 20 | 6PM–8PM
Newark Public Library – Philip Roth Personal Library
I’m only doing this **ONE time** — and it’s **FREE**.
In this immersive workshop, I’ll walk you through how I transformed poems into scripts, scripts into scenes, and scenes into award-winning solo theatre. We’ll talk process, structure, vulnerability, and what it really means to hold a room with nothing but your story and your truth.
Whether you’re a poet, storyteller, social worker, educator, or simply someone with a life that *deserves to be witnessed* — you belong in this space.
Seats are limited. Your story isn’t.
